Golden Dragon Distributor, Backend & Store Account Guide
Clear, role-by-role guidance for the people who operate Golden Dragon, and the right link for each of them. Three destinations, never to be confused.
- Distributors
- Sub-distributors
- Store accounts
- Agents
- Backend users
- POS users
Three access points
Golden Dragon Login & Access: Which Portal Do You Need?
Each destination has a colour and a shape on this site, and they never change. Jade circle for players. Vermilion square for the store POS. Gold diamond for the distributor backend. If a link is not one of these three, it is not a Golden Dragon destination we recommend.

Golden Dragon Backend
https://backend.goldendragoncity.com/
The administrative backend used by authorized distributors and sub-distributors to work above the store level of the account hierarchy.
Not for store agents unless their account specifically requires it. Not for players.

Four positions. Two operator portals. One player site.
Golden Dragon accounts sit in tiers. Credits generally flow downward, from distributor to the player at the counter. The words matter: a store is not a sub-distributor, and an agent is not a distributor. Use the term that matches the account, and the right portal follows.

How the Golden Dragon ecosystem fits together
The player-facing platform
PlayGD.mobi is where players go to play Golden Dragon. Player accounts are typically served through a store or agent, which is who a player contacts about their account. Players never need an operator portal.
Distributor-level backend access
Distributors work in the backend at backend.goldendragoncity.com with credentials issued through their upstream account. The address alone grants nothing; access depends entirely on an authorized account.
Sub-distributor roles
Sub-distributors sign in at the same backend as distributors, working beneath a distributor and usually supporting a group of stores. Their exact capabilities come from account configuration, which we do not guess at.
Store / agent POS access
Stores and agents work in the POS at pos.goldendragoncity.com/pos/, a separate interface for store-level operations with players. It is not a lighter version of the backend; it is a different tool for a different job.
Credits and balances
Credits move down the hierarchy. Each operator tier holds a balance supplied by the account above it and supplies the accounts below. Pricing is quoted directly by Titan rather than published.
Where Titan fits
Titan Gaming Solutions is an independent operator that runs this resource and works with Golden Dragon operators. We do not own or develop the platform and can only act on accounts obtained through us.
