The role of credits

Credits are the unit that moves through the Golden Dragon network. Operator accounts hold balances and pass credits down the hierarchy until they reach players at the store level. Each tier depends on the tier above it having enough to supply.

Distributor balances

A distributor's balance is managed in the backend. Because everything beneath a distributor draws on it, running it low affects the whole network. Plan restocking around your stores' busiest periods.

Sub-distributor balances

Sub-distributors also work from the backend and act as a buffer between a distributor and its stores. A sub-distributor that keeps a sensible balance means stores get credit quickly without escalating every request to the distributor.

Store balances

Stores work from the POS. Their balance is what they use to serve players. When it runs low, the store asks the account directly above it.

Loading and transferring credits

Credits are generally transferred down the hierarchy through the operator interfaces: the backend for distributor and sub-distributor accounts, and the POS for store-level work with players. The exact controls depend on account configuration, so we are not describing button-by-button steps we cannot verify. Always confirm the destination account before completing any transfer.

Good credit management

• Agree a single channel for credit requests with the accounts beneath you.
• Keep a simple log of transfers you make and receive.
• Restock before you need to, not when a store is already waiting.
• Reconcile your records against your balance regularly.
