Role guide / Store level
Golden Dragon Agent & Store Accounts
Stores and agents are where Golden Dragon meets the player. They work in a different interface from distributors, and knowing that saves most of the confusion at this level.
What a store / agent account is
A Golden Dragon store account, often called an agent account, is the account used at the point where players are served. A store might be a gameroom, a counter inside another business, or an individual agent working with a group of players. The common thread is that the work is direct and player-facing.
In conversation, "store" and "agent" are often used for the same store-level account, and this guide treats them together. They are not the same as a distributor or sub-distributor, and we keep that distinction on purpose.
Store-level users use the POS
Stores and agents sign in at the Golden Dragon POS: https://pos.goldendragoncity.com/pos/. It is a separate interface from the distributor backend, built for store-level operations.

Do not swap the links
If you are a store or agent, your work happens in the POS. The backend address is for distributors and sub-distributors. Trying store credentials at the backend is one of the most common reasons we hear "my login doesn't work".
Player and credit operations at the store level
Store-level accounts typically handle the player-facing side of the operation, which can include working with player accounts and loading credits for players, depending on how the store's account is configured. We describe this generally rather than listing exact POS functions, since the available tools depend on the account. Your upstream distributor or sub-distributor can confirm what your POS account can do.
Store credit balances usually come from the account above the store. When a store runs low, the request goes upstream, not to the platform. See the credits guide for how that flow works.
A store-level working day
- 1
Open
Sign in at the POS on the store's own device, using the real address you bookmarked.
- 2
Check balance
Confirm you have enough credit for expected traffic. Ask upstream early if you will not.
- 3
Serve players
Handle player requests through the POS. Send players to playgd.mobi to play, not to the POS.
- 4
Close
Sign out, particularly if staff share the device.
Relationship to distributors and sub-distributors
Most stores sit directly under a sub-distributor or a distributor. That account is your source of credits and your first contact for account issues. If your store came through Titan Gaming Solutions, we are that contact. Read more about the tiers above you in the distributor guide and the sub-distributor guide.
Security at the counter
- Each staff member who needs access should have their own appropriate access where possible.
- Never write the POS password on the device or the counter.
- Never give POS credentials to a player, even a regular one.
- Ignore messages that send you a "new POS link". The address is pos.goldendragoncity.com/pos/.
Never share credentials
Titan Gaming Solutions will never ask for your Golden Dragon backend password, POS password, authentication codes, recovery codes or any other platform credential. Anyone asking for them, including someone claiming to be from Titan, should be treated as a risk.
Getting help
Login trouble, missing credits and account questions usually start with the account above you. For stores obtained through Titan, contact us directly. The support page sorts issues by role so you can find the right next step quickly.
