Golden Dragon Backend Guide: Distributor & Sub-Distributor Access
A written companion for distributor and sub-distributor backend users, built around the work you actually sign in to do.
About visuals in this guide
Verified backend screenshots and a tutorial video have not been supplied yet. Rather than show mock-ups, this guide is written-only. It will be updated when verified material is available.
Where the backend is
Distributor and sub-distributor sign-in
Golden Dragon Backend
https://backend.goldendragoncity.com/
The administrative backend used by authorized distributors and sub-distributors to work above the store level of the account hierarchy.
Not for store agents unless their account specifically requires it. Not for players.
Open Golden Dragon Backend(opens external site)The backend is one of three Golden Dragon destinations. Players use playgd.mobi. Stores and agents use the POS at pos.goldendragoncity.com/pos/. Only distributor and sub-distributor accounts, and other accounts specifically configured for backend access, belong here.
Before your first sign-in
- Confirm with your upstream account that yours is a backend-level account.
- Have your credentials delivered privately, not in a group chat.
- Decide which device you will use and keep it updated.
First session
- 1
Open the real address
Type backend.goldendragoncity.com. Save it as a bookmark so you never rely on links in messages.
- 2
Sign in
Use the credentials issued to you. If you were given a temporary password, change it.
- 3
Find your balance
Locate your own credit balance first. Everything else you do depends on it.
- 4
Find your accounts
Locate the accounts beneath you in the hierarchy, if any have been set up.
- 5
Stop and note
Write down anything that does not match what your upstream told you to expect, and ask before acting.
A sensible daily routine
- 01Check your balance against what you expect to supply today.
- 02Handle pending credit requests from your stores or sub-distributors.
- 03Review activity across your accounts where reporting is available to you.
- 04Note follow-ups, then sign out.
Working with credits safely
Transfers are where costly mistakes happen. Before confirming any transfer, check the destination account name, check the amount, and check it again. Keep your own simple log. If something looks wrong afterwards, contact your upstream account straight away rather than attempting to reverse it yourself. More in the credits guide.
Distributor vs. sub-distributor in the backend
Both sign in at the same address. What each can see and do depends on account configuration. We do not publish a permission comparison we cannot verify; ask your distributor or Titan about your specific account. See the account types comparison for the structural differences.
When a store says the backend will not let them in
Ask what kind of account they have. If it is a store or agent account, send them to the POS. This one question resolves most store login complaints.
Safety habits
- One person, one login. Do not share backend credentials across a team.
- Disable access for operators who leave your network.
- Sign out on shared devices.
- Never send passwords or codes to anyone, including Titan.
