Why we do not list permissions
Specific permissions are set by the platform and by how each account is configured. Rather than publish a feature grid we cannot verify, we describe the structural relationships, which are consistent.
Distributor
The distributor supplies and supports the network beneath it. It signs in at the backend. Its main concerns are keeping enough credit to supply its accounts, keeping those accounts tidy, and being reachable. Full distributor guide.
Sub-distributor
The sub-distributor sits between a distributor and its stores. It uses the same backend address as the distributor. It is often the first contact for stores and the person who sorts out day-to-day issues. Full sub-distributor guide.
Store / agent
The store or agent serves players directly and uses the POS, a separate interface from the backend. It gets credits from the account above it. Full agent / store guide.
And the player
Players are not an operator role. They play at PlayGD.mobi and deal with their store or agent for anything account-related.

- If you serve players yourself: store / agent. Use the POS.
- If you support a few stores for someone above you: sub-distributor. Use the backend.
- If you supply a network and have no operator above you except your supplier: distributor. Use the backend.
- If you play games: player. Use PlayGD.mobi.
Moving between roles
Roles are set by account, not by ambition. If you are a store that wants to become a sub-distributor, or a sub-distributor ready to become a distributor, that is a conversation with your supplier, not a setting you change. Talk to Titan if you would like to discuss it.
