Golden Dragon Login Guide: Player, Backend & POS Links Explained
Golden Dragon has three separate sign-in destinations. Use the one that matches your role and most login problems disappear.

Players use https://playgd.mobi/. That is the PlayGD login. Player accounts come through a store or agent, so for balance or account problems, a player should contact the store they play through.
Distributor / sub-distributor login (backend)
Distributors and sub-distributors use https://backend.goldendragoncity.com/. This is what people mean by the Golden Dragon backend login. Credentials come from your upstream account. See the distributor login page.
Store / agent login (POS)
Stores and agents use https://pos.goldendragoncity.com/pos/. This is the Golden Dragon POS login, also called the store login. Note the /pos/ path. See the POS guide.
