- 01Check you are on the right portal for your role. This is the cause more often than anything else.
- 02Check the address is exactly backend.goldendragoncity.com. Do not follow login links from unsolicited messages.
- 03Check for typing errors, caps lock and stray spaces in the username.
- 04Contact the account above you, or Titan if your account came through us.
Security
What we will never request
Titan Gaming Solutions will never ask for your Golden Dragon backend password, POS password, authentication codes, recovery codes or any other platform credential. Anyone asking for them, including someone claiming to be from Titan, should be treated as a risk.
