Role guide / The middle tier
Golden Dragon Sub-Distributor Accounts
Sub-distributors carry the most practical responsibility in many networks: close enough to stores to know them by name, high enough to work in the backend. Here is how the role fits together.
What a sub-distributor account is
A Golden Dragon sub-distributor account is a backend-level account that operates beneath a distributor. It exists so that a distributor can extend its network without personally managing every store. The sub-distributor takes on a group of stores or agents and becomes their first point of contact.
Whether you write it as sub distributor or sub-distributor, it describes the same role. What defines it is position: there is a distributor above it and, usually, stores beneath it.
How sub-distributors fit in the hierarchy
| Relationship | What it usually means in practice |
|---|---|
| Upstream: distributor | The distributor set up the sub-distributor account and is its source of credits and escalation. |
| Downstream: stores / agents | Stores look to the sub-distributor for credit, account questions, and day-to-day help. |
| Sideways: other sub-distributors | Separate accounts under the same or different distributors. They do not normally manage each other. |
| Players | Served by stores, not directly by the sub-distributor in most setups. |
Backend access for sub-distributors
Sub-distributors sign in at the same address as distributors: https://backend.goldendragoncity.com/. There is no separate sub-distributor website. What you can see and do after signing in is determined by your account, not by the URL.
Same backend as distributors
Golden Dragon Backend
https://backend.goldendragoncity.com/
The administrative backend used by authorized distributors and sub-distributors to work above the store level of the account hierarchy.
Not for store agents unless their account specifically requires it. Not for players.

We do not publish a list of what sub-distributors can or cannot do compared with distributors, because those details are set by the platform and by how each account is configured. If you need to know whether your account can perform a specific action, ask the distributor that set it up, or ask us if your account came through Titan.
Credits at the sub-distributor level
Credits generally reach a sub-distributor from the distributor above it, and the sub-distributor then supplies the stores it supports. The practical skill at this tier is balance planning: holding enough to cover your stores without leaving them waiting while you restock. The credits guide covers the full flow.
Typical operating responsibilities
- Being reachable for the stores you support during their operating hours.
- Fulfilling store credit requests promptly and keeping a simple record of them.
- Directing store staff to the POS when they try to use the backend.
- Escalating platform-level issues to your distributor rather than guessing.
- Reviewing store accounts you are responsible for and flagging ones that should be disabled.
Setup and onboarding
- 1
Agree the relationship
Settle terms with the distributor you will operate under: credit supply, response expectations, and who supports whom.
- 2
Receive credentials
Your distributor arranges your backend account. Credentials should reach you directly, never through a public group.
- 3
First sign-in
Sign in at backend.goldendragoncity.com, change any temporary password, and bookmark the real address.
- 4
Bring stores on
Set up or connect the stores you will support, and give their staff the POS address, not the backend one.
Security for sub-distributors
Sub-distributors are often the people store staff contact when something goes wrong, which also makes them the people most likely to be asked to "just send the login". Do not. Each person who needs access should have appropriate access of their own. Share the correct portal address, not credentials.
Never share credentials
Titan Gaming Solutions will never ask for your Golden Dragon backend password, POS password, authentication codes, recovery codes or any other platform credential. Anyone asking for them, including someone claiming to be from Titan, should be treated as a risk.
