The Golden Dragon Backend
The administrative side of Golden Dragon, used by authorized distributors and sub-distributors. This page explains what it is for, who should be there, and who should not.
What is the Golden Dragon backend?
The Golden Dragon backend is the administrative interface at https://backend.goldendragoncity.com/. It is used by distributor and sub-distributor accounts to work with the operator side of the network. It is one of three separate Golden Dragon destinations, and it is distinct from both of the others:
- Player access at playgd.mobi, where players play.
- Store POS at pos.goldendragoncity.com/pos/, where stores and agents work.
- Backend at backend.goldendragoncity.com, where distributors and sub-distributors work.
Backend login
We link directly to the real backend. We do not embed, copy, or imitate its login screen, and there is no login form on this website.

Store agents should not assume the backend is for them. Store-level work belongs in the POS. Players should not be here at all.
Backend dashboard: what to expect
No verified backend screenshots or backend tutorial video have been supplied yet, so we are not going to show you mock-ups dressed up as the real thing. What we can give you is an orientation for your first sessions, based on the jobs backend users generally sign in to do.

Account management
Backend accounts generally carry responsibility for the accounts beneath them. Expect to spend time keeping track of the sub-distributors and stores in your network, and making sure access reflects who is actually still operating.
Store / agent management
The stores in your network work in the POS, but their accounts sit beneath yours in the hierarchy. The backend is where you look after that relationship from above. The precise tools depend on your account configuration.
Credit management
Backend users generally hold a balance and supply credits downstream. We describe credit tools only in general terms here; see the credits guide, and ask us about specifics for an account obtained through Titan.
Reporting
Where reporting is available to your account, use it to review activity across the accounts you are responsible for. We are not listing specific report names until they can be verified against the live backend.

Confirm your role
Make sure you are a distributor or sub-distributor. If you are a store, use the POS instead.

Sign in with authorized credentials
Use the credentials issued to you through your upstream account. Change any temporary password.

Locate your own balance and the accounts beneath you before doing anything else.

When transferring credits or changing accounts, double-check the destination account before confirming.
